I’m not a big fan of Keune. Not because I don’t like their products, because they are actually quite amazing and for years I only used products of Keune for my hair, but because I think that their attitude is just absolutely horrible. It’s a long story and I won’t go into the details but to keep it short: their secretary, their first point of contact, is just so ridiculous that not too long ago I decided to never ever spend another penny on the brand. That said I found it quite entertaining when I received a shampoo and conditioner from the Care Line to review for my blog. And I must admit that I’m happily using the shampoo and conditioner but like I already said I actually do like their products.
The Keune Care Line nourishes the hair and helps to balance the natural function of the scalp. The Platinum Blonde products from the Care Line are created especially for cool blonde shades and are perfect for everyone with cool blond or grey hair in order to preserve colour. This line protects your shade from unwanted yellow tones and keeps your colour vibrant. Colour preservation not only saves you quite some money at the hairdressers, it also ensures that your hair avoids breakage due to over processing. Therefore it’s important to add some good products to your hair care routine, especially if you want cold shades to remain. The products neutralise yellow tones in lighter blonde shades and enhance the platinum character. They will also improve the shine and strength of the hair. All the products are gentle enough to be used daily. Both shampoo and conditioner have a pleasant and typical hairdresser scent that fades slightly when the hair is dry.
The shampoo comes in a nice and special bottle that contains 250 ml. It`s a great and lightweight shampoo that leaves my hair gently clean. After using this shampoo my hair feels healthier -or at least less damaged and definitely much stronger and more energized.

I use these products twice a week and I definitely notice a difference. My hair feels definitely moisturised and nourished. The purple tones any brassiness out of hair and it really looks brighter and cooler. I honestly have to say that the products are amazing and do a really good job. But as a matter of principle I’m not really sure if I would buy these products again. I once again want to say that this is has absolutely nothing to do with their products, but all with a lack of proper communication and an absurd attitude of the people working are their headquarter.
